St. Modwen, the UK’s leading regeneration specialist, continues to welcome more companies to Melton Park, its 116 acre mixed-use development in Hull. The latest business to take up space here is Three X Business Solutions which has leased 4,500 sq ft of office accommodation on a 10 year lease, at £14.50 per sq ft.
The company, one of the fastest growing technology businesses and part of the MAsternaut Three X Group, has taken the space within the 100,000 sq ft first development phase of the scheme which comprises 75,000 sq ft of industrial accommodation and 25,000 sq ft of offices. Three X has taken the space as a result of business expansion and joins ICF Group, a commercial finance company, which has recently acquired a 3,000 sq ft office here.
Four office units, ranging from between 2,628 sq ft to 4,370 sq ft, now remain within the first development phase, whilst a third of the industrial units have already been leased or sold. Melton Park has the potential for providing up to two million sq ft of accommodation and employment opportunities for up to 3,000 people.
Stephen Prosser, regional director, St. Modwen, said: “This letting and the on-going interest in the office units in what was an untried location, justifies our faith in the site which provides occupiers with an excellent strategic position. There continues to be a strong level of interest in the speculative development completed here and we look forward to starting on the second development phase in due course.”
Martin Port, managing director of Three X Business Solutions, which has relocated as a result of business expansion from nearby Melton Court, said: “We are very impressed by the high standard of the accommodation, the attractive surroundings and the strategic location of Melton Park which is so convenient for our staff and visitors.”
St Modwen was represented by DTZ. Three X Business Solutions was unrepresented.
