Stoke firm relocates to Trentham Lakes

Locally-based Acclimatise Ltd is the latest occupier to take premises on the successful 400-acre Trentham Lakes development in Stoke-on-Trent.

The company, which provides heating and air-conditioning equipment to the commercial sector and for corporate events, has acquired a 23,000 sq ft speculatively developed warehouse from Stoke-on-Trent Regeneration Ltd, the joint venture company between St Modwen Properties PLC and Stoke City Council.

Acclimatise is relocating from a number of smaller and outmoded premises within Stoke into Trentham Lakes where currently it is fitting-out to be fully operational in the new premises by the end of June.

Euan Lindsay, development manager with Stoke-on-Trent Regeneration, said:

³The retention of an expanding locally-based company within Stoke is very good news for the area. It underlines the need to provide new modern premises to satisfy the latent local demand and retain its investment within Stoke.²
