Stoke-on-Trent regeneration plan courtyard offices at Festival Park

A planning application for a three-building courtyard office development totaling 4,815 sq m (51,830 sq ft) to create Etruria Office Village, Stoke-on-Trent, has been submitted by Stoke-on-Trent Regeneration Ltd, the joint venture between St Modwen Properties PLC and Stoke City Council.

The 2.5 acre development will bring near to completion the 27-acre first phase of Etruria Valley, an extension of Festival Park, where major occupiers include Royal Doulton, Royal Mail and Vodafone.
