St Modwen Developments Ltd, the development subsidiary of St Modwen Properties PLC, is generating strong demand for its business enterprise accommodation on the successful 43-acre Coombs Wood Business Park, Halesowen.
Stannah Lifts Services has acquired the long leasehold interest on four units totalling 331 sq m (3,564 sq ft) for £285,120. Interior Direct Systems UK Ltd has taken a three-year lease at £12,000 per year on two units totalling 139 sq m (1,500 sq ft), and BSCL Communications (South West ) Ltd, is renting a 70 sq m (750 sq ft) unit on a five-year
lease at an annual rent of £6,113.
