Strood Industrial Lease sold for £470,000

Redman Heenan Properties Ltd, the investment subsidiary of St Modwen Properties PLC, has sold a long leasehold industrial property of 728 sq m ( 7,836 sq ft ) at Knights Park, Strood, Kent, for £470,000, to The Vine Trust.

Knights Park was developed by St Modwen in the late 1980s and is now run by St Modwen as a managed estate.
