SUPER-SWEET SHOWHOME OPENS AT COFTON GRANGE
Anyone looking for a new home in Birmingham is in for a sweet treat this weekend (Saturday 22nd October) as award-winning housebuilder, St. Modwen Homes, hosts a chocolate themed Showhome launch at its Cofton Grange development in Cofton Hackett.
Both four bedroom properties, the semi-detached Hexham and detached Garnet Showhomes will be the first to open at Cofton Grange.
Bev Hall, Sales and Marketing Director at St. Modwen Homes, said: “Cofton Grange is already proving popular with purchasers, with 12 properties purchased from plan, demonstrating the high demand for family homes in the area.
“Everyone always loves a Showhome opening but we wanted to make this one that little bit more of a treat, hence the decision to smother it with chocolate!”
As well as seeing the latest house designs, visitors to the Showhome launch will be able to help themselves to chocolate coated strawberries, marshmallows and brownies. Additionally, there will be the chance to win a family ticket to Cadbury World, located just five miles from the new homes at Cofton Grange.
Bev continued: “Cofton Grange is perfectly positioned in the desirable, rural village of Cofton Hackett close to the picturesque Lickey Hills, yet is just a short walk from everything Longbridge Town Centre has to offer, including the new shops, restaurants and public park. Following the Showhome launch, people could also pop along to The Longbridge Light Festival that’s taking place on Saturday, giving people a real glimpse into what life at Cofton Grange could be like.”
Professionally styled by interior design agency Killer 5, the new Hexham Showhome embraces the industrial chic trend with rough metallic tones throughout. Boasting a large living room on the first floor with French doors leading out on to a terraced balcony, the Hexham offers plenty of space for flexible and modern family living. Alongside three spacious bedrooms upstairs, an additional fourth bedroom can be found on the ground floor which, as demonstrated in the Showhome, can also be used as a study; perfect for anyone who works from home.
In comparison, the interior of the Garnet Showhome has been inspired by the neighbouring Lickey Hills, using rich, earthy colours throughout as well as floral wallpaper in the family room and a mountain bike theme in one of the bedrooms. What’s more, visitors will be able to see the high specification that St. Modwen Homes includes as standard, as well as the high ceilings that are in keeping with the housebuilder’s philosophy of light and height.
A stunning range of four and five bedroom homes are currently available at Cofton Grange, with prices starting at £319,995 for the four bedroom semi-detached Hexham design.
The Marketing Suite at Cofton Grange is open Thursday to Monday from 10am to 5.30pm inclusive of the weekends.
