T & S Stores to open in Connahs Quay

Redman Heenan Properties Ltd, an investment subsidiary of St Modwen Properties PLC, has exchanged agreements with T & S Stores Ltd, a subsidiary of Tesco, to open a One Stop convenience store in The Precinct, High Street, Connahs Quay, Flintshire, North Wales.

Three existing units are being combined to create a 214 sq m (2,300 sq ft) new store which is scheduled to open in September. T & S Stores will be taking a 20-year lease. Three new first floor flats are also being created.

Uneeque Pizza 11 is being relocated from 77 to 73 High Street. Quay News and Travelworld have surrendered their leases.
