The Xmas Factor is back!
This Christmas, Edmonton Green will once again be filled with the sound of music, as the fabulous and eagerly anticipated Xmas Factor is back!!
For the second year running the Centre, owned by St Modwen, is hosting its very own talent search for the singing superstars of tomorrow. Forget, Kitty and Louis Walsh – we all know that the top talent comes from North London, and Edmonton Green’s judging panel aims to find it.
Over three days, the Centre’s main stage will play host to 100 contestants who believe they are the Rihannas and Robbie Williams of the future. The search is on for contestants in two categories, under 18 and over 18, who will be in with the chance of winning the £500 first prize or £125 worth of vouchers for the runners up, generously sponsored by the Centre’s newest fashion retailer Blue Inc.
So, if you are brave enough to sing in front of Edmonton Green’s very own Simon Cowell come down to live heats on Thursday 24th November (3pm – 8pm) and Saturday 3rd December (11am – 4pm).
To add to the excitement Edmonton Green’s magnificent annual Christmas light switch on is taking place at 5:15pm on Thursday 24th November.
The glittering grand final on Saturday 10th December will see the 20 finalists (10 in each category) go head to head to take the title of “Edmonton Green’s 2011 Xmas Factor winner”. The finalists will be announced in the Enfield Independent after each heat, and on our Facebook page www.facebook.com/edmontongreen.
So, wrap up warm and get into the Christmas spirit. With surprise guests and incredible dance and musical performances, this is not an event to miss.
