Tools distributor relocates to Coombs Wood Business Park

Janser (UK) Ltd, the small power tool distributor, is relocating from Birmingham to a new 627 sq m (6,750 sq ft ) warehouse on the 43-acre Coombs Wood Business Park, Halesowen, being developed by St Modwen Developments Ltd.

St Modwen has incorporated additional offices for Janser’s specific requirement in the building which was sold for £385,000. The deal is the

latest of a number of transactions that have been concluded on the park in the past six months.
