TRAFFICLINK INTO QUINTON BUSINESS PARK

Trafficlink is the latest occupier to sign-up on St Modwen¹s 18-acre Quinton Business Park, Birmingham, adjacent to the M5 Junction 3.

The company has agreed to take a 3,660 sq ft ground floor suite on a ten-year lease at an annual rent of £17.50 per sq ft. within Sir Stanley Clarke House, the headquarters of St Modwen Properties PLC.
