Redman Heenan Properties Ltd, the investment subsidiary of St Modwen Properties PLC, has let several units at its Watling Street Business Park, on the A5 at Norton Canes, near Cannock, which it acquired last year from the Bank of Scotland. Lew-ways Ltd now occupies 8,761 sq m (94,526 sq ft) which includes a new build extension of 1,550 sq m (17,000 sq ft), let at an annual rent of £220,000 (£25.05 per sq m/£2.32 per sq ft). Rimac Fabrications Ltd has taken a ten-year lease with a break at the fifth year, on 1,500 sq m (16,000 sq ft) recently vacated by Lew-ways, at an annual rent of £32,000 (£21.30 per sq m /£2 per sq ft).
