St. Modwen, the UK’s leading regeneration specialist, has celebrated a milestone in its development of Wembley Central with the launch of its new offices.

The 23,000 sq ft of refurbished office space in Ramsey House forms an integral part of St. Modwen’s £90m redevelopment in Wembley town centre. The accommodation is located over three floors, each of 7,650 sq ft, though the space may be sub-divided to provide smaller, self-contained office suites.

Killian Morris, senior development surveyor at St. Modwen, said: “In today’s economic circumstances there is increasing demand for well-located, good quality office space at affordable rents. Ramsey House offers all these attributes.

“The offices are situated in a highly attractive, safe public square with ease of access for employees, provided by the adjacent Wembley Central tube and rail station. The offices are very much at the heart of our regeneration project and will significantly contribute to the town centre’s thriving community. “

Steve Keenan at Ferrari, Dewe & Co which acts as joint letting agents for St. Modwen together with DTZ, said: “The refurbished office space at Wembley Central provides significant new advantages for local businesses. The offices are centrally located and offer fantastic benefits to tenants such as superb transport links, access to shops, restaurants and cafés as well as 24-hour on-site security and car parking.”

As well as Ramsey House, Wembley Central will provide 135,000 sq ft of retail and leisure space, together with Central Apartments, a development of 117 private apartments to complement 85 affordable homes already completed on site. The scheme’s new 16,000 sq ft public square was launched last autumn together with the opening of new stores TK Maxx, Peacocks and Bonmarche.
