Wigan offices sold to telecommunications firm
St Modwen Development Ltd, the development subsidiary of St Modwen Properties PLC, has sold Dobson Park House, Manchester Road, Wigan, a 1,300 sq m (14,000 sq ft) office building to Ashland Communications Ltd.
St Modwen acquired the property in April as part of its acquisition of the nearby Wigan Enterprise Park from Joy Mining.
