Offices with impressive views across the South Downs and English Channel, which are expected to attract new and expanding businesses wanting their own front door, are to be built on St Modwen¹s successful Woodingdean Business Park at Brighton.

The 35,000 sq ft latest phase offers units from 1,500 sq ft to 2,500 sq ft for sale or to rent. Bluestone Construction will start on site next month to build the offices which will be available for occupation next May.
