WORCESTER NEWS: NEW CANALSIDE HOMES AVAILABLE AT GREGORYS BANK

Looking for a waterside home in Worcester? Well look no further. St. Modwen Homes has released a selection of new homes at its Gregorys Bank development, many of which have picturesque views overlooking the Birmingham and Worcester canal.

These new homes, located just a five minute drive away from Worcester’s historic city centre, have been released following strong sales at Gregorys Bank, and are some of the first to be released in the second phase of the development.

Of the properties overlooking the canal, there are three house types available: the three bedroom semi-detached Houghton, four bedroom Garnet and the four bedroom detached Barlow house. Not only do these homes have beautiful views but they also benefit from open plan living, designer kitchens and French doors leading out to the rear garden, not to mention having light and spacious rooms thanks to the larger than average windows and high ceilings that are integral to St. Modwen’s  house designs.

Coinciding with the launch of these new homes, St. Modwen Homes has opened the doors to two new show homes at Gregorys Bank, one being the stunning Barlow house type. Helping the housebuilder to really put on a show, local theatre production company, Kays Theatre Group attended the launch with the cast of this year’s pantomime, ‘Babe’s in the Wood’.

Johanna Casstles, Senior Sales Manager at St. Modwen Homes, said: “Gregorys Bank has proven incredibly popular with people in the local area thanks to its scenic setting, high quality homes and its close proximity to Worcester.”

Located off St. Georges Lane, the canal side homes make up just some of the desirable new homes at Gregorys Bank, with a further five house types also available. Prices for these new homes start from just £212,995.
