Shredall SDS Group renews commitment to Bestwood Business Park

Expert developer and regeneration specialist, St. Modwen, has signed a deal with one of the UK’s largest information-management servicing companies, Shredall SDS Group, at its business park in Nottingham.

The company already occupies 82,000 sq ft of space at the East Midlands-based park and has renewed its lease with St. Modwen for a further decade. Shredall SDS Group (www.shredall.co.uk) is a family-run business that specialises in UK wide confidential shredding, recycling, document scanning and document storage.

Bestwood Business Park is located just five miles north of Nottingham and three miles from J26 of the M1 motorway, making the site a reputable warehouse, office and compound space for local businesses.

Bestwood Business Park reached capacity in October 2018 when Bonnington Plastics moved into two industrial units totalling nearly 35,000 sq ft on the site. The development is also home to an array of tenants, including fabric and craft experts, Zacksons, vehicle restoration experts, The Bodyshop, and specialist printers, D-Signs & Print.

Gemma Butler, Asset Manager at St. Modwen, said: “Having Shredall SDS Group renew its lease at Bestwood Business Park for another 10 years reinforces the market’s confidence in an already popular St. Modwen development.

“To be at 100% occupancy with good calibre tenants highlights the strength of the industrial and logistics market in the Midlands and underlines the successes we have achieved at this site.”
