St. Modwen Homes celebrates NHBC Pride in the Job Award winners

St. Modwen Homes is pleased to announce that three of its site managers across its Midlands and South West regions have received Pride in the Job Quality Awards.

The accolade, established by the National House Building Council (NHBC), celebrates their efforts in raising the standards in home building and their contribution to the delivery of high-quality new homes. By recognising the very best site managers across the UK, the competition showcases the vital role they play in ensuring new homes are delivered on time, on safe sites and to exacting construction quality standards.

The award-winning St. Modwen Homes site managers are Aurie Cox, site manager at Victoria Park in Stoke-on-Trent, Brett Larkins, site manager at Hilton Valley in Derby, and Matt Cayless, site manager at Langford Mills in Taunton.

The three site managers were selected out of a field of more than 10,000 other candidates, and represent the top 5% in their role across the UK.

Congratulations to Aurie Cox, Brett Larkins and Matt Cayless who have all received Pride in the Job Quality Awards. This is testament to their exceptional work and commitment across their respective sites and we wish them the very best of luck for the next round in the autumn.

We are extremely proud of our award-winning site managers but also every member of the Homes team over the last 16 months who ensured we were able to continue safely delivering high-quality homes for our customers. Despite having to navigate an unprecedented situation, our team continued to perform to a very high standard. We want to take this opportunity to thank everyone   for their commitment.”

Dave Smith, Managing Director at St. Modwen Homes

At NHBC we are very proud of Pride in the Job, what it stands for and the impact it has across the sector. Pride in the Job winning sites have higher levels of homeowner satisfaction as these homes are among the very best in the country.

Congratulations to all the 2021 Pride in the Job Quality Award winners – be proud of what you are building and the standards you are setting.”

The housebuilder also achieved a ‘Gold’ award in the latest independent customer satisfaction survey run by In-house Research.
